We all have ideas about what a “better life” should look like.
Why is it often so hard to act on them?
This event invites you to explore these questions together. Through a short talk and open discussion, we will reflect on how our beliefs, expectations and self-image shape our decisions and our sense of progress.
We will also look at how the brain responds to change, why starting something new can feel difficult, and why we often become frustrated when our expectations do not match reality. Understanding a few basic principles about how our minds work can help us set more realistic goals, recognize our strengths and send ourselves more helpful signals.
An evening for curiosity, self-reflection and exchange – no prior knowledge needed.
